DAM 15/1 Flat Clipping Machine

 

We have developed a new, economic and simplified flat clipping machine, the DAM 15/1. The pre-bending and form-rolling of the clips is effected by spring pressure . A substantial price reduction could be achieved by dispensing with the more complicated control unit.

 

General informations:

• The DAM 15/1 is suitable for 60” aluminium flat bars for the Rieter C60 card as well as for 40” aluminium flat bars for Trützschler, Marzoli and Chinese cards.
• The stripping unit (1) is part of the basic equipment of the machine 
• The rolling-in unit is spring-loaded
• The feed motion of the clipping slide is by means of three-phase AC-motor and a spindle
• The DAM 15/1 is mounted on to a frame. 

PRIMACOMB 8014 and 8015

New circular combs for E65 and E75 have been developed in cooperation with Rieter.

These Circular combs are specially designed for E65-E75-combing process.

Top Comb GRAF Ri-Q-Top 2030

• New type of top comb for long staple application.
• Top comb with 30 teeth / cm and a reduced angle of penetration
• For long staple cotton, staple length of 1  1/4" and more
• For micronaire of 4,3 and less
• For web weight of 72 g/m and less

Hardened mote knife for lickerins and points of trash extraction

It is well known, that the edges of the moteknifes of
Rieter, Trützschler and Crosrol high production cards become worn and blunt relatively quickly. This has a detrimental effect on the trash extraction, the flat clothings are subject to additional strain and the quality of

the card sliver suffers. This prompted us to manufacture these mote knives in hardened execution. The knives are

specially laser-hardened in order to maintain their straightness. Laser-hardened refers to only the edge of the mote knife being laser-hardened. For card-specific details please refer to (our support section "Replacement of clothings") or to the pdf product sheet!

 

Woolcomb

• New development for wool combers

• Light half-shells made from aluminium serve as carriers for the combing segments
